My answer to this question is simply this: Why wouldn't you? It helps!
There’s no shame in admitting you want or need someone (who isn’t a family member, friend, or coworker) to help you gain perspective and make some changes in your life. When you meet with me, you are the center of my attention. I listen with empathy and give you the opportunity to listen to yourself as we sort things through together in a private, confidential setting. I will help you look for solutions (if you’d like), challenge you (if you’re up to it), or just listen (if you’d prefer). We can explore your past, address the present, and work on creating the future you want. I believe anyone and everyone can benefit from this specialized relationship and personalized attention.

If you do, I'll send you some paperwork that you'll complete through your email and send back to me by clicking simple buttons.

Make yourself comfortable in the waiting room.
When I call you from the waiting room, I'll bring you back to my office where you will sit on a wide (loveseat) chair that can accommodate all body types. At your first session, I'll ask questions to get to know you and we'll talk about whatever is on your mind. It's all very natural.
